STARCRAFT GHOST swimsuit illo

At the moment (March 12, '07) I'm working on an endpage humor piece for PSM, a cartoon that memorializes the magazine's now-defunct "Videogame Swimsuit Issue" feature, wherein various artists contributed illos of beachwear-clad videogame hotties. (Alas, I can't post that piece until the magazine's on sale, so you won't see that sucker for quite a while.)

Once again, the feature will NOT be appearing in PSM this year, for a number of good reasons... So, in honor of this tradition, here's one of my last videogame swimsuit illos, from three or four years ago: this is the lead chara from "Starcraft: Ghost," a game which I believe has STILL not appeared on shelves, unless I am mistaken. Line art by me, exemplary coloring job by Ryan Kinnaird.

I'm not especially fond of my work on this piece, though I like the colors... A couple of the faces bother me slightly (at top and far right). Oh, well.

At some point, I'll prolly post the rough and/or color guide in "scraps," though neither is any great shakes.
