A tad belatedly, the title character from my "sexy superhero comedy" comics series Empowered weighs in on an early script review of the pilot episode* from the new Wonder Woman TV series.
Note that this is "Meta Emp" talking; she's the metatextual, fourth-wall-breaking version of Empowered, and normally appears only in the chapter breaks and epilogues of the books, opining her fate as a mere fictional character. Lemme hasten to clarify that, in the actual stories, Emp is absolutely unaware of her fictional status, which is almost certainly for the best...
Next up for the ever-burgeoning Empowered franchise: June 8th sees the release of the new one-shot Empowered: Ten Questions for the Maidman, the cover art for which you can see here: [link] More details about it over at DarkHorse.com: [link]
In closing, I must of course paste in the requisite general-purpose Emp-related floggery... Empowered's first six volumes (and a previous one-shot in "floppy" comics format) can be found on the shelves of your Local Comics Retailer and/or bookstore, or online at Dark Horse's retail website [link] or on Amazon.com [link] .

It's for the best that normal Emp doesn't fourth-wall in the stories. I mean, I don't remember She-Hulk ever calling John Byrne a "doofus" (even though she might have thought it after he made her skip rope in the buff in issue #40...)
