The colored version of the cover for EMPOWERED vol. 2, the second collection of the "sexy superhero comedy" comic I write and draw for Dark Horse. (It's due out in September 2007, by the way.) Me on the line art, Ryan Kinnaird on the colors.
We also have a variant version, with all the background elements removed, for a "clearer graphic statement"... I'll probably post that at some point, too.

Alas, I still haven't gotten a copy of volume one. According to my Local, they refused it when first offered (I remember the days when they sold more Manga than the "other" comics...), so because I want multiple copies, they've had too do an "Advanced Reorder", which means it's going to take even ****ing longer!!!
On the other hand, amazon is claiming a release date of "31 Aug 2007", and is only available of Pre-order.
